Fire Door Operative Location: Bristol Job Type: Permanent Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Sora Recruitment is recruiting for an established fire, security and passive protection services company to join their team on a permanent basis. The Role: We are looking for an experienced Fire Door Operative to join the team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for carrying out fire door installation, maintenance and remedial works, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities: * Installing and replacing fire doors and frames. * Carrying out fire door maintenance, repairs and remedial works. * Inspecting fire doors and identifying defects. * Ensuring work meets the required quality and compliance standards. * Working safely and efficiently across a range of properties. * Completing work records and reporting any issues. * Working independently and as part of a team. Requirements: * Previous experience in fire door installation, maintenance or remedial works. * Carpentry experience would be advantageous. * Good knowledge of fire door components and installation standards. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Full UK driving licence. * CSCS card preferred. * Relevant fire door qualifications would be advantageous.
