Photocopier / MFD Field Service Engineer Location: Stratford‑upon‑Avon & Leamington Spa / Birmingham     Opportunity to Join a Growing Service Team    We are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established and expanding Managed Print Solutions provider, seeking an experienced Photocopier / MFD Field Service Engineer to support customers across the Stratford‑upon‑Avon /Leamington Spa / Birmingham  region. This role is ideal for a motivated, customer‑focused engineer who enjoys working independently, managing their own schedule, and delivering high‑quality technical support across a varied client base.    Key Responsibilities Installation, maintenance and repair of photocopiers, printers and multifunction devices Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and networking issues Completing preventative maintenance visits and device health checks Maintaining accurate service records and documentation Providing excellent customer service and technical support Managing parts stock and ensuring service targets are met    Requirements Previous experience as a Photocopier / Printer / MFD Service Engineer Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic skills Experience with manufacturers such as Konica Minolta, Sharp, Ricoh, Kyocera, Canon, Xerox or HP (advantageous) Good understanding of networking, connectivity and print management solutions Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills Ability to work independently and remotely Full UK driving licence Relevant technical certifications or manufacturer training beneficial    What’s on Offer up to £34,000 Hybrid car or £500 car allowance 25 days holiday + BH  Mobile phone & laptop Ongoing manufacturer and technical training Pension scheme Clear opportunities for career progression Supportive, friendly working environment    How to Apply If you’re an experienced Photocopier / MFD Engineer looking for your next opportunity, we’d love to hear from you.
