Regional Loss Prevention Manager | Germany  German & English language skills essential We have two exciting roles for a global retail client of ours.  One based in the USA and this one, based in Germany. It is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised retail organisation in a pivotal regional security and loss prevention leadership role covering Germany, Austria and Central & Eastern Europe. This position sits at the heart of protecting people, assets, operations and brand reputation across a fast-paced, multi-site retail environment. We are seeking a commercially minded security professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery. 🔐 What this role offers Regional leadership responsibility across Germany, Austria & CEE Exposure to international stakeholders across Europe, the UK & USA A highly visible role influencing retail security strategy and operational resilience The opportunity to drive innovation across loss prevention, investigations and risk management🛡️ Key areas of focus Retail loss prevention & shrink reduction initiatives Organised retail crime mitigation Security risk assessments & operational audits Corporate investigations and incident management Crisis response and business continuity support Security support for new store openings and expansion projects Vendor and guarding performance management Travel risk and event security planning📊 We’re interested in speaking with professionals who have experience in: Retail security or corporate security leadership Asset protection and stock loss reduction Multi-site or multinational environments Investigations, crisis management and operational security CCTV, access control and security technologies Building trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders💡 The successful candidate will be a collaborative and commercially aware leader, capable of balancing operational risk with business priorities across diverse international markets. ✈️ Regular travel across Germany, Austria and CEE will be required.
