Multiple Opportunities Available Field Manager & New Business Development Manager - Southampton We are currently recruiting for two exciting positions covering the Southampton and Portsmouth area. Field Manager Location: Southampton / Portsmouth Service Area Hours: Standard Day Shift Payrate: £13.94 Working Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm Contract Duration: September 2026 - December 2028 Key Responsibilities - Manage and support field-based operations across the service area. - Ensure services are delivered efficiently and in line with company standards. - Monitor performance and maintain high levels of compliance and quality. - Act as the key point of contact between operational teams and management. - Conduct site visits and provide guidance, coaching, and support to teams as required. - Complete reporting and administrative duties accurately and on time. Applicants must be able to provide: Full UK Driving Licence Enhanced DBS Check Right to Work in the UK New Business Development Manager Location: Southampton / Portsmouth Service Area Hours: Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £15.39 Working Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm Contract Duration: August 2026 - February 2028 Key Responsibilities - Identify and secure new business opportunities within the designated territory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. - Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research. - Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and tender submissions. - Achieve agreed sales targets and revenue objectives. - Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline development.
