Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Stratford, East London – Up to £48,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established FM service provider based on a unique commercial estate in Stratford, East London. Our client is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (electrically biased, C&G qualified) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance, ideally within a critical environment such as a bank or blue-chip office. Working as part of a large on-site maintenance team, you will carry out a mix of electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance duties, including: Lighting – small installation works, fault-finding, lamping, ballast changes, control panels, power distribution Emergency lighting Hydraulics and pneumatics Air conditioning – AHUs/FCUs (filter changes and cleaning) Water treatment (temperature checks, dosing) Basic plumbing (including unblocking toilets) BMS systems UPS systemsHours of Work Monday to Friday,  07:00–16:00 and 10:00–19:00 Plenty of overtime available.Benefits Salary up to £48,000 + overtime 25 days holiday + an additional day for your birthday On-site parking Ongoing training and career progressionRequirements City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Electrical City & Guilds 17th or 18th Edition Able to provide copies of trade certificates Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled, with strong communication and customer service skillsTo find out more, please send your CV to Dan Barber at CBW Staffing Solutions
