Data Administrator Alecto Recruitment is working with our client who are UK leaders within the building energy management systems (BEMS) sector. They are a UK wide business with an established team in Glasgow. Due to their continued growth within their data insights team, they are looking for a Data Administrator. Reporting to the Data insights manager, you will be part of the data insights and optimum team. Delivering the required data admin services to customers. The Role: General administration and day to day management of the optimum support inbox, ensuring requests are managed within SLA timeframes Providing day to day support to internal and external stakeholders on general optimum platform queries, issues and data requests Attending regular support calls and sprint reviews, documenting key updates, actions and system developments Requirements: Strong PC Skills Strong Microsoft Office Skills Excellent interpersonal skills Eager to learn, dynamic, motivated and service minded Strong data entry skills Strong team player skills Salary: £27,479 - £28,479 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays and rising with service Private healthcare 7.5% pension and rising to 10% with service Company Bonus Employee discounts via the Hub Discounted gym memberships INDDL
