LNS Recruitment are currently looking for a Trainee Weighbridge Operator to join our client’s team based in the Rainham, RM13 area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to learn a new skill, reliable and looking for a role with the opportunity to develop and progress. No previous weighbridge experience is required, as full training will be provided. Duties will include: * Learning to operate the site weighbridge and associated digital weighing systems * Recording incoming and outgoing vehicles accurately * Checking and maintaining weighbridge records and paperwork * Liaising with drivers and the onsite operational team * Ensuring vehicle movements are recorded correctly * General administration and data entry * Following site procedures and relevant regulations * Assisting with the day-to-day running of the weighbridge * Developing your knowledge of weighbridge operations and site procedures The ideal candidate will: * Hold a full UK driving licence and have their own transport * Be reliable and punctual * Be comfortable using computers and learning new systems * Have good communication and organisational skills * Have a positive attitude and be keen to learn * Be interested in developing a new skill and progressing within the role This position would suit someone looking for a new career opportunity where they can receive full training and develop their skills within a busy operational environment.
