An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a growing international project team, working on major construction projects across the Groningen region of the Netherlands. The successful candidate will take a key role in managing the commercial delivery of projects, working closely with project teams, contractors and clients to ensure strong commercial performance. The Role Lead commercial and cost management across major projects Manage budgets, valuations, variations, change and final accounts Work closely with project and construction teams Provide commercial advice and reporting to senior stakeholders Support procurement and contract management Help drive strong commercial outcomes throughout project delivery About You Experienced Quantity Surveyor with significant main contractor or consultancy experience Strong commercial and contractual knowledge Experience working on major construction projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Degree qualified or equivalent Dutch or international construction experience would be advantageous This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious team working on major construction projects in the Netherlands, with genuine scope for career progression and long-term development
