A leading international project team is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a major construction project in Cologne. This is a key commercial position, responsible for supporting the successful financial and contractual delivery of the project while working closely with the wider project team. The Role Manage commercial and cost management activities throughout the project lifecycle Monitor budgets, costs, valuations and variations Manage change and contractual matters Prepare commercial reports and forecasts Work closely with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders Provide commercial guidance to the project team Support procurement and final account negotiations About You Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong construction background Proven experience managing commercial aspects of major projects Strong understanding of contracts, cost control and change management Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Degree qualified or equivalent Experience working on international projects would be advantageous An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a high-profile project in Germany as part of an experienced international team
