Contracts Manager – Civils & Groundworks
Location: Blyth / Cramlington, Northumberland
Rate: £400–£425 per day
Duration: Long-term project
Lonsite are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in construction, civils and groundworks.
Requirements:
* Previous Contracts Manager experience within civils / groundworks
* Experience managing multiple site teams and packages
* Strong commercial and programme awareness
* Confident liaising with clients, site management and subcontractors
* Excellent understanding of health & safety and site delivery
* Relevant CSCS / management qualifications
* Recent references
