My client are a specialist civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Agent to help deliver a long-term tunnelling project in Cambridge, with an immediate start available. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Agent with a strong underground civils and tunnelling background. Tunnelling Site Agent Responsibilities: * Managing day-to-day site operations * Supervising subcontractors and site teams * Managing tunnelling and underground works * Toolbox talks * Client and stakeholder liaison * Health and safety compliance * Managing RAMS, permits and temporary works * Coordinating labour, plant and materials * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification * Monitoring quality and maintaining site records * Reporting progress to the Project Manager Tunnelling Site Agent Requirements: * Black or Gold CSCS * SMSTS * Strong tunnelling experience is essential * Previous experience managing underground civils, shafts or tunnelling works * Strong civil engineering background * Experience managing subcontractors and site teams * Good understanding of temporary works and deep excavations * Full UK driving licence The next steps to apply for the role!
