A well-established, multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy are looking to appoint an ambitious Project Manager to join their London team.
The Project Managers Role
The successful Project Manager will join a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, working primarily across the residential market, with a particular focus on social housing, affordable housing and new-build residential projects.
A key part of the role will involve the delivery of fire remediation and cladding projects, as well as the chance to work across new-build residential developments.
This role would suit a confident Project Manager with residential experience who is looking for a role with genuine variety and the opportunity to work on projects that are making a meaningful difference to the built environment.
The Project Managers Requirements
MUST be a Construction Project Manager
Degree qualified in a relevant construction / property discipline
Previous Project Management experience within a consultancy environment
Residential experience is beneficial but not essential
Fire remediation and/or cladding experience is highly desirable
Hard-working, organised and commercially aware
Collaborative team player with a proactive approachWhat's on offer?
