Behaviour Mentor Location: Shrewsbury, SY8 Contract: Long-term Weekly Rate: £480 - £520 Start Date: September 2026 Commutable From: Telford, Oswestry, Wellington, Market Drayton, Bridgnorth The Opportunity: Long Term Futures are seeking a resilient and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming primary school in the Shrewsbury area from September 2026. This is a full-time role supporting pupils across KS1 and KS2 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, behavioural challenges, and additional learning needs. Working closely with the SENCO, class teachers, and pastoral team, you will provide tailored 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils regulate their emotions, develop positive behaviours, and successfully engage with learning. The school has a strong commitment to inclusion and pupil wellbeing, offering a nurturing environment where every child is supported to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
