Senior Project Manager – Major & Technically Challenging Projects A leading Tier 1 contractor is looking to appoint an experienced, technically minded Project Manager to take responsibility for a portfolio of complex and high-profile projects valued to £40million. With a number of technically challenging schemes due to commence in the New Year, this is an opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working on projects where technical expertise, commercial awareness and strong leadership genuinely make a difference. They are looking for a top-level Project Manager capable of taking ownership from pre-construction through to completion, leading project teams and delivering to the highest standards of quality, programme and safety. This is not simply a role for someone looking to manage another project. They are looking for someone who wants to take on responsibility for challenging schemes, work alongside an experienced senior team and play a key role in the continued success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of construction sites Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively Maintain high standards of quality control and compliance Coordinate with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders Drive programme performance and resolve site issues proactively Requirements: Experience delivering projects valued between £15m–£40m Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent health & safety knowledge Tier 1 contractor experience is highly desirable What’s on Offer: Very competitive salary and benefits package, including exceptional bonuses Strong pipeline of secured work Supportive company culture Low staff turnover Opportunity to work on high-profile regional projects
