Foreman – Groundworks Location: Nottingham Rate: DOE – Negotiable Start: ASAP Duration: Ongoing IR35: Outside IR35 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworks Foreman to join an established groundworks subcontractor on a commercial groundworks package in Nottingham. This is an ongoing opportunity for a Foreman with a strong groundworks background, with a secure pipeline of future work available for the right candidate. Responsibilities * Supervise day-to-day groundworks activities. * Manage gangs, labour, plant and subcontractors. * Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to specification. * Coordinate foundations, drainage, concrete works, ducting, slabs and external works. * Conduct toolbox talks and site inspections. * Liaise with Site Management, Engineers and subcontractors. * Monitor quality and productivity across the site. Requirements * Previous Groundworks Foreman experience. * Strong groundworks subcontractor background. * Experience supervising gangs and site teams. * SSSTS. * CSCS. * Good communication and leadership skills.
