Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: Central Manchester Duration: Permanent Salary: From £40,000 to £44,000 subject to experience level We are looking for an experienced Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a static site in the centre of Manchester This position will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance within a multi story office block based in central Manchester. The right person for this position will already have a strong electrical background, with experience in dealing with commercial building services maintenance They will be a lone worker on site dealing with all of the on site maintenance which will include mechanical as well as electrical, however the position is more electrical bias. Requirements Strong Electrical Maintenance Experience Based in a commutable distance into central Manchester Happy to be a lone worker on site, but with support from the mobile team Very client focused Able to deal with on site compliance such as water testing, alarm testing  etc Ability to complete ahu maintenance Package Basic based on 8am until 5pm on site (potential for a little flexibility) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension There is no on call for this engineer, however they can be put on the on call rota if they want to If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP SER-IN
