We are on the lookout for a Bar Assistant to join our team at Moor Hall Hotel and Spa in Sutton Coldfield. Candidates must be 18+ to apply for this position. As a Bar Assistant, you will play a key role in our customer experience, preparing and serving a wide range of beverages to our guests, including cocktails, beers, wines and non-alcoholic drinks. You will deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring our guests are served in a friendly and professional manner and well looked after during their visit. Maintaining a clean and organised working environment to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times. What we’re looking for: * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * The ability to work as part of a hotel team. * A passion for hospitality! * Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.
