We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and well-established business based in Robertsbridge. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse, supervising warehouse activities and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. What’s on Offer: Job Type: Full-time, temp to perm Location: Robertsbridge Salary:£30,000 paKey Responsibilities Supervising daily warehouse operations and supporting the warehouse team Organising workloads and ensuring priorities are completed on time Operating Counterbalance and Pivot Steer forklifts Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently Managing stock movement and maintaining accurate warehouse records Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and organisation are maintained Supporting Health & Safety procedures across the warehouse Assisting with general warehouse duties as required  Skills & Experience Required Previous experience within a warehouse or supervisory role A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence A valid Pivot Steer Forklift licence Experience leading or supporting a warehouse team Good organisational and communication skills A hands-on approach with the ability to work as part of a team Strong understanding of Health & Safety within a warehouse environment  If you have warehouse supervisory experience and hold valid Counterbalance and Pivot Steer forklift licences, we'd love to hear from you!
