MULTI-SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: Hoddesdon Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum Shift: Monday to Friday – Days Job Role of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer A superb opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a supportive and collaborative engineering team within a busy manufacturing site in Hoddesdon. This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer looking to join an established manufacturing business offering a Monday-to-Friday days-based position, excellent benefits and opportunities for further training and development. The successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical maintenance, responding to breakdowns, completing planned preventative maintenance and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across site machinery and equipment. Sector – Factory Maintenance Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Multi-skilled maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment Hands-on experience carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance within a fast-paced industrial factory Requirements for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience Engineering qualification – Electrical or Mechanical Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment Experience carrying out planned preventative maintenance Confident responding to machinery breakdowns and identifying faults Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of an engineering team Desirable Requirements for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK Experience working with PLCs, ideally with the ability to fault find using inputs and outputs Experience supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer Will Benefit From: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum Monday to Friday – Days No nights Working for a recognised market-leading business Excellent benefits package including pension, life insurance and gym access Training and development opportunities for engineers Supportive and collaborative engineering team Stable, long-term career opportunity If you are interested in this role and feel that you have the right skills, then please click apply at the bottom of this advert.
