Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a new residential development in the Lydney area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the project, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
The ideal candidate:
* Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on residential new-build projects
* Timber frame experience is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of site health & safety, quality and programme management
* Able to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
* SMSTS and First Aid essential
This is a great opportunity for a Site Manager looking for a long-term freelance contract on a residential development
