Head of Product Quality A leading Electronics Manufacturing Services provider is looking for an experienced Head of Product Quality to join its growing team at a world-class manufacturing facility. Supporting customers across sectors including space, defence, transport, motorsport, audio, and instrumentation, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving quality excellence across a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll lead product quality across the full product lifecycle — from NPI through to aftermarket support — ensuring best-in-class quality standards, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, suppliers, and customers to improve processes, reduce non-conformances, and strengthen the Quality Management System across the business. Key Responsibilities * Lead and develop the Product Quality team * Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence * Support ISO9001 & AS9100 compliance and audits * Reduce PPMs, scrap, warranty issues, and cost of quality * Implement corrective and preventative actions * Conduct internal audits and KPI reporting * Develop quality procedures, systems, and training * Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers About You * Proven quality leadership experience within engineering or electronics manufacturing * Strong knowledge of ISO9001 & AS9100 * Experienced auditor with excellent problem-solving skills * Confident communicator with strong organisational skills * Results-driven with the ability to lead teams and projects effectively * Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites What’s On Offer * Modern, high-tech manufacturing environment * Career progression within a growing business * Opportunity to make a real impact in a leadership role
