You'll have genuine ownership of your desk, developing existing relationships, winning new business, sourcing candidates and managing the recruitment process through to successful placement. You'll become a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates while developing your industry knowledge, network and earning potential. What you'll be doing Take ownership of and grow a specialist recruitment desk Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients Identify and win new business opportunities Build a strong network of clients, candidates and industry contacts Source, interview and successfully place high-quality candidates Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement Develop an in-depth understanding of your specialist market Identify opportunities to grow and develop your deskWho we're looking for We're looking for someone with drive, ambition and a genuine desire to succeed. Recruitment experience would be advantageous, particularly within Asbestos, Construction, Property Maintenance or a Specialist Sector. However, we're equally interested in experienced sales professionals with the confidence and ability to build relationships, generate new business and close opportunities.
