Conveyancer (5 years PQE) Perry Barr, Birmingham £50,000 - £60,000 BCR/JN/32487 Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for a Licensed Conveyancer to join a well established high street law firm. The role will also involve supervising their team of 2 Conveyancers. The Ideal Candidate: Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages and lease extensions. Commercial property experience would be highly desirable, particularly acquisitions, disposals, leases, licences and refinancing. 5+ year's post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end transaction process. Strong client-management skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to clients who may have limited legal knowledge.The role: Manage a full and varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion. Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and in accordance with client requirements. Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and other residential property matters.
