Trainee Sales Estimator Location: Biggleswade, Bedfordshire Salary: £26,000, rising to £30,000 following successful completion of a 12-month training programme Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm   Are you ambitious, confident and looking for an opportunity where you can learn, progress and build a genuine career?   We’re recruiting for a growing business in Biggleswade looking for a Trainee Estimator / Quotations Administrator to join its commercial team. No previous estimating experience is required – full training will be provided.   This would be a great opportunity for a college leaver, or someone at the beginning of their career, who enjoys working with people and numbers and wants to develop valuable commercial, technical and sales skills.   What you’ll be doing You’ll receive structured training to gradually take responsibility for: Preparing accurate and competitive customer quotations Learning how to estimate products, materials and project requirements Speaking with customers to understand what they need Supporting the sales team with quotations and customer enquiries Following up quotations and helping turn opportunities into orders Building relationships and delivering excellent customer service Liaising with customers, suppliers and colleagues Using spreadsheets, CRM and other business systems accurately Developing your product and technical knowledge Taking on greater responsibility as your skills and confidence grow  About you Experience isn't the most important thing – we're looking for the right attitude and potential.
