Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading specialist engineering business to recruit an experienced Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister SHK to join their growing operations in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to take a key technical leadership role delivering critical cooling and HVAC systems across major data centre and mission-critical projects. The position offers a varied split between new-build project delivery and ongoing maintenance, modification and upgrade works. The Opportunity * Lead and actively participate in chilled water and HVAC installations * Supervise technicians and subcontractors * Oversee pumps, valves, pipework and heat exchanger installation and maintenance * Support commissioning and performance testing * Plan preventative maintenance and coordinate reactive maintenance and fault finding * Carry out inspections, audits and quality checks * Ensure compliance with German regulations and site safety requirements * Provide technical leadership and engage with clients and project stakeholders What You'll Need * Legally recognised Installateur- und Heizungsbauermeister SHK qualification * Experience with chilled water systems and HVAC infrastructure * Previous supervisory experience * Strong spoken and written English * Full driving licence Desirable: * Data centre experience * BMS knowledge * Commissioning experience * Modular or prefabricated systems experience * German language skills What's on Offer * Competitive salary depending on experience * 38-hour working week * Full in-house training and career development * Annual leave increasing with length of service * Long-service awards * Regular social and wellbeing initiatives * Supportive working environment * Opportunity to work on major data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects across Germany For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, contact Darren McVicker at Vickerstock or apply with your CV today
