Description
Immediate start available for an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations. This is an interim role for a period of circa 6 months to support the HR Director and HR team with a high volume of ER case work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume Employee Relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and conduct matters.
Lead complex absence management cases from start to finish
Provide practical, commercially focused HR advice to managers.
Support the team on other HR activates as directed
If you are a proactive self-starter with a strong track record of managing a high volume ER case load then this is a great opportunity for you. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 from home
