Commercial Property Solicitor Location: Nottingham Salary: Competitive, depending on experience Experience: Ideally 2+ years PQE The Opportunity An exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a friendly and highly engaged Property Team. You'll handle a varied, high-quality caseload and have genuine ownership of your matters, with support from experienced colleagues when needed. The work covers acquisitions and disposals, development, leases, landlord and tenant, reorganisations and banking & security. The team acts for a diverse client base, from owner-managed businesses and charities through to high-net-worth individuals and larger national organisations, meaning there is plenty of variety and scope to develop.
