Maintenance Electrician Location: Hull, Doncaster & Leeds Salary: Up to £40,000 Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm (Flexible) We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join a leading Facilities Management provider, working across a prestigious distribution contract covering Hull, Doncaster and Leeds. This Maintenance Electrician role offers a great mix of planned and reactive work, a self-managed diary and the opportunity to work across modern commercial facilities with excellent overtime opportunities. The Role As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across the portfolio, including: * Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance * Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing * L8 compliance inspections * Fault finding on lighting, power and socket circuits * Minor plumbing and general fabric repairs * Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards What We're Looking For * Qualified Maintenance Electrician * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations * Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Services * Strong electrical fault-finding skills * Full UK Driving Licence Benefits * Up to £40,000 salary * Company van and tools provided * Flexible working hours * Self-managed diary * 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays * Double time before 7:00am * Double time plus a day in lieu for bank holidays worked * 1 in 4 call-out rota (£150 standby payment) * Minimum 4 hours paid per call-out * Free parking across sites * Long-term career progression with a leading Facilities Management provider If you're a Maintenance Electrician looking for a varied mobile role with excellent earning potential and genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
