Year 2 Teaching Assistant - Small Heath** **Location:** Small Heath **Start Date:** ASAP **Duration:** Ongoing **Role:** Teaching Assistant - Year 2 Aspire People are currently recruiting for a **dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant** to join a primary school in **Small Heath**, supporting a Year 2 class on an ongoing basis. The successful candidate will have previous **Year 2 experience** and be confident supporting pupils across the classroom, including children with **additional learning and behavioural needs**. **The ideal candidate will have:** * **Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification or equivalent** * Previous experience working within **Year 2** * Experience supporting pupils with **additional needs** * Strong understanding of **learning and behavioural needs** * A calm, patient and nurturing approach * The ability to build positive relationships with pupils * Confidence supporting learning both independently and alongside the class teacher * Flexibility and a proactive attitude This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA looking for a **long-term, ongoing role** within a supportive primary school. **Interested?
