Site Manager – Social Housing Refurbishment / Retrofit Location: Sheffield We’re working with a well-established contractor who are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a social housing refurbishment and retrofit programme. The role will involve managing refurbishment and retrofit works across occupied and live housing environments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. The Role: * Managing day-to-day site operations and subcontractors * Overseeing social housing refurbishment and retrofit works * Working within occupied properties and dealing with residents where required * Managing programme, quality and health & safety * Coordinating subcontractors and site teams * Liaising with the client, residents and wider project team * Ensuring works meet required standards and specifications You’ll need: * Previous experience as a Site Manager * Strong background in social housing refurbishment / retrofit * Experience working on SHDF / SHF-funded programmes would be highly beneficial * Experience working in occupied properties * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid * Good communication and organisational skills This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong social housing / retrofit background to join an established contractor on a long-term programme
