We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bodyshop Technician to join our client’s busy accident repair centre in Bristol. Salary up to £59,800 per annum (£21-23 per hour), dependent on experience and qualifications

50-hour working week Monday to Friday, with every other Saturday morning subject to business needsDuties of the Bodyshop Technician:
Undertake replacement and repair of damaged bodywork panels
Complete chassis and framework repairs to manufacturer standards
Welding and panel bonding as required
Bumper and door repairs
Mechanical and electrical repair work to high standards
Proven experience in replacing mechanical parts
Confidently strip and refit vehicle components
Assist with repairs involving electric vehicles (EV) and Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
Work efficiently under pressure, adhering to strict deadlines
Follow work instructions detailed on job cards, ensuring high-quality standards
Support team members and multi-task during busy periodsRequirements of the Bodyshop Technician:
Recognised qualification in automotive Panel Beating or Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) discipline preferred
Working towards an IMI qualification is desirable
individuals with extensive experience and no formal qualifications will also be considered
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise workload
Valid UK driving licence with minimal points essential
