Due to our organisation’s growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen in our transitional brain injury rehabilitation service in Chesterfield. We are looking for an experienced Home Manager to deliver an outstanding service for people post-injury and to help them achieve their goals. We have an exceptional and supportive team, known for their professionalism, kindness and positive attitude and there are extensive training and development opportunities for those wishing to learn and develop. The ideal candidate would: * Be an experienced Health and Social Care leader with experience in leading an outstanding service * Have a positive, kindly and 'can do' attitude * Be creative and like working in a dynamic environment * Have a passion and aptitude for maintaining a high-quality service * Have the drive to make a real difference to the lives of others * Have extensive experience in mentoring Junior staff * Enjoy working in a multi-disciplinary team, with experience of managing this effectively * Hold NVQ/Diploma level 3,4 or 5 (or willingness to work towards a diploma) * Have great interpersonal and communication skills All of our inspected services are rated CQC ‘Outstanding’ in all areas, with all residential services rated ‘Outstanding’ across all areas in our Headway approved Provider scheme.
