Temporary Assignment: Initially 1 month with the potential to be extended
We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join a busy and supportive team, helping customers by handling inbound enquiries and providing excellent service.
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently
✅ Providing accurate information and resolving customer queries
✅ Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
✅ Maintaining and updating customer records accurately
✅ Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for customers
Working Hours
🕒 5 days out of 7, including every second weekend
🕒 Shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm
🕒 Full flexibility is required across all shift patterns
What We're Looking For
✔ Previous customer service experience (preferred)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities
✔ Good IT and administrative skills
✔ A professional and positive attitude
✔ Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern
