The Role The Design Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kegworth, with flexibility for some work from home. This role oversees the design process from early concept through construction, coordinating internal teams, external design consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design information is accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements. The Design Manager reviews drawings and specifications, manages design changes, and supports value engineering while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include attending project meetings, tracking design deliverables and approvals, resolving design-related queries from site teams, and supporting tender and pre-construction activities. The role also involves maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and contributing to continuous improvement of design standards and processes
