SEN Teacher – Pioneer House SEN School (Manchester) In partnership with The Supply Register Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only) Start Date: ASAP /October half term Contract: Full-Time (hours may vary based on school needs) Are you an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher ready to make a meaningful impact? The Supply Register is delighted to be working in partnership with Pioneer House SEN School in Manchester, a specialist setting dedicated to supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher who is passionate about creating inclusive learning experiences and helping every child achieve their full potential. The Role As an SEN Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs Support pupils with EHCPs and a variety of additional needs Foster a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and wider support teams Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where needed Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families What We’re Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Proven experience working with SEN pupils in a school or specialist setting Strong behaviour management and classroom skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities A patient, resilient and nurturing approach What We Offer Weekly pay (every Friday) Opportunities for long-term and permanent positions Dedicated support from your Partnership Manager Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities Consistent work within a trusted network of partner schools Requirements A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Two professional references covering the last 24 months The right to work in the UK If you’re ready to take the next step in your SEN teaching career and join a supportive and rewarding environment, we’d love to hear from you.
