Graduate Sales Executive – Hospitality Events £28,000 - £30,000 + Commission + Excellent Benefits Do you have an interest in media and sales? Excited by the opportunity to work in food and drink coupled with live events? Our client is an industry leading media events business and as they continue to grow the need has arisen to hire a graduate / junior sales executive. The role will be a mix of managing existing accounts and delivering new business – connecting with luxury food and drink brands and seeking their commitment to exhibit and sponsor at our client’s flagship event. The Role: Graduate Sales Executive – Hospitality Events * Prospecting new business development via phone, LinkedIn, email and managing existing accounts. * Selling bespoke sponsorship and exhibition packages to luxury food and drink brand. * Achieving and exceeding sales targets * Face to face client meetings * Writing and sending effective sales proposals * Achieving activity KPIs Profile Required: Senior Media Sales Executive * Any previous phone experience is highly desirable * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Hunger and drive to sell and close deals * Solid understanding and ability to demonstrate new business core sales skills * Ambitious ,driven to succeed, passionate about growth * Good negotiator with ability to successfully deal with objections and close * Highly driven & self-motivated Lipton Media is a specialist media recruitment agency based in London.
