Project Manager – Kildare The CSR Group are working with a contractor who is seeking a Project Manager to oversee residential construction works in Kildare. This would suit an experienced Project Manager with a strong residential background and a proven ability to drive site progress, coordinate trades and deliver quality homes. Package €85,000–€95,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities Lead residential project delivery, managing programme, resources and quality. Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants across each stage of construction. Monitor budgets, procurement and variations alongside the commercial team. Maintain safety standards and resolve technical or programme issues. Oversee snagging, completion and handover. Requirements Proven Project Management experience on residential construction projects. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing. Experience managing subcontractors and delivering programme milestones. Good commercial awareness and practical problem-solving skills. Strong leadership, organisation and client communication skills.
