Site Manager – Civil Engineering
The CSR Group are working with a civil engineering contractor who is seeking a Site Manager to oversee projects across roads, utilities and water infrastructure.
This would suit a hands-on Site Manager with a strong civils background and experience coordinating crews, plant and subcontractors.
Package
€75,000–€90,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations, work sequences and resources.
Coordinate subcontractors, plant and material deliveries.
Oversee earthworks, drainage, utilities and roadworks.
Maintain site safety, quality and progress against the programme.
Resolve site issues and provide regular progress updates.
Requirements
Previous Site Management experience within civil engineering.
Strong knowledge of roads, utilities or water infrastructure works.
Confident managing crews, subcontractors and site logistics.
Good understanding of drawings, specifications and safe working practices.
Strong leadership and practical problem-solving skills.
