We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established Electrical Contractor based in Wigan, working on projects across the North West. The company specialises in electrical installations for apartment and residential/commercial buildings, with projects ranging from 50 to 500 bedrooms. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work. The Role * Managing the delivery of electrical installations on residential/commercial apartment schemes * Overseeing site managers, supervisors and subcontractors across projects * Programming, resourcing and cost control to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget * Liaising with clients, main contractors and the wider project team * Ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard, and in line with specification * Managing site documentation, progress reporting and quality control * Supporting the development of site management teams below you Requirements * Previous experience as an Electrical Project Manager * Experience working on residential or commercial apartment schemes * Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes, programming and site management * SMSTS and relevant electrical qualifications (18th Edition essential) * Strong leadership, communication and commercial awareness * Full UK driving licence What's on Offer * Permanent position * Salary £65,000 - £75,000, depending on experience * Based in Wigan, working on projects across the North West * Join a growing, established contractor with a strong pipeline of work * Genuine opportunity to shape and lead projects within a supportive team If you're an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for a permanent role with a growing contractor, apply today with your CV or get in touch for further details
