Electrical Supervisor Location: Welwyn Garden City Salary: £44,075 - £47,150 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (40 hours per week) + supervisory call-out rota Example Recruitment Group Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading UK provider of compliance, energy and property services. The Role We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to support the Electrical Manager and oversee the day-to-day management, technical support and development of the electrical engineering team. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, ensure high standards of quality and safety, and work closely with engineers and clients to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standards. Key responsibilities: * Supervise and support electrical engineers, providing technical guidance, training and development. * Carry out quality checks, health & safety audits and onsite inspections. * Work as an NICEIC Qualified Supervisor (QS) and support the wider QS team. * Deliver technical updates and guidance during monthly toolbox talks. * Ensure engineers are allocated work appropriate to their competencies. * Support engineer training, inductions and ongoing professional development. * Assist with technical issues, problematic jobs and customer complaints. * Maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams. * Work closely with SHEQ to ensure competency, compliance and safety standards are maintained. * Support the Electrical Manager and provide cover when required. * Ensure company policies, procedures, risk assessments and health & safety legislation are followed. About You The ideal candidate will have: * Proven experience in electrical engineering within a supervisory capacity. * Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * A strong commitment to health, safety and quality.
