General Manager Location: South Wales Salary: £60,000 Circa + 25% Annual Bonus Job Type: Full Time | Permanent Our client Our client is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operational activities across a diverse range of facilities, equipment, and business functions. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong operational leader with genuine commercial instinct to lead multiple departments and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities * Lead all day-to-day site operations and ensure outstanding service delivery. * Manage and develop department leaders and site teams. * Drive operational efficiency, productivity and site performance. * Take ownership of site budgets, forecasts and P&L performance. * Ensure compliance with all health & safety and operational standards. * Identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the customer experience. * Lead site projects, improvements and continuous development initiatives. About You The right candidate will have: * Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior role. * Strong commercial awareness with budget and P&L responsibility. * Experience managing large teams in a customer-focused environment. * A confident decision maker with excellent people management skills. * Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Strong understanding of health & safety and operational compliance.
