IT Engineer
Working for a well-established school based in Reading, this IT Engineer position is paying £28,906 - £33,136 per annum. You'll join a friendly IT team providing day-to-day technical support across the school, helping to keep its systems, equipment and network running smoothly.
Duties:
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and students
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
Install, configure and maintain laptops, PCs, mobile devices and other IT equipment
Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory and user accounts
Assist with network infrastructure, security, updates and troubleshootingBenefits:

Previous experience providing IT support
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues
