Salary: £19,200 per annum (part-time, 22.5 hours per week)
An established and growing care provider is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Recruiter to join its Complex Care division in Nottingham.
Recruitment is central to delivering outstanding, person-centred care. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys finding great people, building strong relationships and supporting the growth of vital Complex Care services.
The Role As Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of Complex Care roles. You will work closely with operational teams to understand staffing requirements, attract high-calibre care professionals and ensure every candidate receives an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the full recruitment process, from advert through to onboarding
Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for Complex Care vacancies
Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future recruitment needs
Using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment activity and candidate journeys
Completing compliance, right-to-work and safer recruitment checks
Supporting recruitment processes for candidates requiring sponsorship
Working closely with operational teams to understand staffing priorities
Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities effectively
Delivering a professional, positive and engaging candidate experienceAbout You To be successful, you will have:
Previous recruitment experience
Ideally, experience recruiting within social care, healthcare or complex care
Experience of recruitment compliance and safer recruitment procedures
Experience recruiting staff who require sponsorship would be advantageous
Confidence using an ATS to manage recruitment pipelines
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Part-time working pattern of 22.5 hours per week across three days
Flexible working days, with Friday required
