Healthcare Recruitment Consultant Location: Liverpool city centre Salary: £27,000 plus commission (OTE £40,000+) Jane Lewis is looking for an ambitious Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool team. In this role you’ll develop new business across the North West, manage client accounts and recruit healthcare professionals. You’ll take ownership of your geographical area, with uncapped commission rewarding the results you deliver. What you’ll be doing as a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant: Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling and lead generation Building relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makers Managing the staffing process from initial client contact to candidate placement Managing client accounts and coordinating staffing requirements, delivering excellent service Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Maintain clear lines of communication during office hours and ensuring the out of hour’s service is covered in line with business needs.
