About the Role
As a key member of our Education Team, you’ll work closely with our Education Delivery Co-Ordinator’s to ensure smooth, efficient and high-quality delivery of our tuition services. Every day is different, and your support will directly contribute to positive outcomes for young learners.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing responsive support to our tutors, learners families and Local Authorities to ensure exceptional service delivery
Compiling and reviewing reports and liaising with clients in a timely and professional manner
Sending, tracking and chasing timesheets
Being involved in attracting, sourcing and pre-screening high-quality tutors
Offering general administrative and organisational support to the wider Education Team
Providing support to our learners, families, tutors and LA's.
Visiting provision settings to check on provision progress What We’re Looking For
Previous administration experience (essential)
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Excellent communication, organisation, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional phone manner
Awareness/experience within the education sector (specifically SEN) would be beneficial
Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality
A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and goal-focused approach
High attention to detail and strong initiative
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
