Service Manager – Independent Specialist Garage
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join a well-established independent specialist garage.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong motor trade background who is confident dealing with customers and managing the day-to-day service operation.
What’s on offer:
* Up to £45,000 basic DOE

The role:
* Managing the day-to-day service operation
* Booking vehicles into the workshop
* Pricing up jobs and preparing estimates
* Keeping customers updated throughout the repair process
* Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently
* Dealing with customer queries and providing excellent service
* Helping to keep the workshop running smoothly
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has previous motor trade experience
* Has strong customer service and communication skills
* Is organised and confident managing a busy workload
* Has a good understanding of workshop operations
