IMMIGRATION SOLICITOR Location: Office-based in Bedford or Hybrid Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per annum, dependent on experience plus benefits The Role of Immigration Solicitor You will manage your own caseload and provide high-quality legal advice across a broad range of immigration matters, including: Business, Work, Student, Family and Visitor visas Sponsor Licence Applications Advice on migrant employees Settlement in the UK and Indefinite Leave to Remain Extension Applications British Citizenship and EEA Applications Human Rights & Asylum Deportation & Removals Candidate Specification for this Immigration Solicitor role A minimum of 3 years’ PQE as an Immigration Solicitor Strong client care skills and the ability to provide professional, competent legal advice in accordance with the SRA Code of Conduct Proven experience managing own caseload Excellent drafting, writing and communication skills Strong IT and technical abilities Effective business development and marketing skills The ability to generate fees in line with agreed targets Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines Apply Now If you are an experienced Immigration Solicitor looking for your next career move, we would love to hear from you
