Adult Disability Assessor (PIP / WCA) – Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists £40,000–£42,000 Starting salary + Bonus Scheme & Benefits Location: Salisbury | Hybrid Looking to step away from frontline clinical work while continuing to use your clinical expertise? We are recruiting PIP & WCA Functional Assessors in Salisbury, offering Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm working, hybrid flexibility, fully paid training and excellent career progression. The Role: PIP: £40,000 + £1,000 increases after 6 & 12 months WCA: £42,000 + £1,000 increase after 12 months Up to 10% quality & performance bonus 12-week fully paid training programme No nights, weekends or bank holidays 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Up to 6% contributory pension Excellent progression opportunities What you'll do: Assess how health conditions affect daily living, mobility and/or capacity for work Conduct telephone and face-to-face assessments Review medical evidence and produce detailed reports for the DWP Who We're Looking For: Registered Adult Nurses Occupational Therapists Physiotherapists Paramedics Pharmacists Requirements: Minimum 1 year post-registration clinical experience, active NMC/HCPC/GPhC registration, strong assessment and communication skills, good IT and report-writing ability.
