Senior Project Manager Bideford £80,000-£82,000 & Senior Package Sphere Solutions are working with a successful large regional contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a major new scheme in North Devon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a land mark scheme and take a leading role in the delivery of a prestigious development programme. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage the successful delivery of a major multi-storey development * Take overall responsibility for programme, quality, commercial performance and health & safety * Manage and coordinate the site-based project team * Work closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors and supply chain * Oversee construction activities from early stages through to completion * Monitor project progress against programme and key milestones * Ensure works are delivered to the required quality and specification * Manage risks, issues and project constraints effectively * Coordinate design, procurement and construction activities * Provide strong leadership and direction to the wider project team * Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental requirements * Maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders About You * Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager on major construction schemes * Strong traditional build experience * Previous experience delivering multi-storey residential developments / apartment schemes * Experience working with precast concrete and complex structural elements * A strong understanding of programme, quality, commercial and health & safety requirements The contractor is keen to interview quickly, so applications are being considered immediately.
