Description
A Principal Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager required to manage the delivery of a variety of Construction and Fit Out Projects within the Commercial Office sector.
Reporting to the Operations Director you will take ownership of some of the organisations flag ship projects across a range of sectors including Motorsport, Pharmaceutical, Professional Services, Engineering & the NHS.
A client facing role you will be dealing with some high-profile clients & their representatives at Board & Senior Management level
We’re looking for someone who MUST HAVE /IS :
* Degree/ HND/ NVQ Qualified- Construction related .
* Experience working as a PM or SPM within a Commercial Construction contractor.
* Substantial Commercial Office & Light Industrial sector experience ( Pure Residential WILL NOT be considered) .
* Experience dealing with clients at Director level
* Experience managing subcontractors
*
Strong commercial acumen & contractual awareness in relation to the delivery of construction projects.
